CDS James Investments is registered to conduct business in the State of Louisiana. The firm and its investment adviser representatives are exempt from registration in other states under the de minimis rule, as provided by applicable regulations.

The firm and its investment adviser representatives will only communicate with individuals and transact business in states where the firm or its representatives are either registered, or exempt from registration under de minimis provisions.

Any investment adviser representative with whom prospective clients communicate is employed by the firm, and the firm is fully aware of the representative’s activities. The firm maintains and enforces supervisory procedures to ensure all communications and advisory activities comply with current state registration and exemption requirements.

A designated supervisor is responsible for reviewing and approving website content, as well as maintaining the accuracy of disclosures and ongoing compliance with all policies and guidelines.
